Tomasz graduated from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Psychology. He has been building his experience in the area of Human Resources Management for 12 years now, working as a consultant for Sensu, Training Manager for Potamkin International, Senior Consultant for Deloitte&Touche and Training Manager for Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Polish Digital Telephony.)
His experience in the area of HRM and Team Management is complex and involves Team Management, employees’ development planning, Training and Development, delivery of training and coaching sessions ,managing recruitment processes, competency analysis, assessment and motivation systems, organizational culture research, development of HR policies and strategies, budgeting and HRM costs optimization, as well as implementation of tools and procedures in the area of HR. Tomasz is the author of selected HRM publications released in the Polish press.

Małgorzata graduated in 1987 in Psychology from the Warsaw University. She has a number of years’ managerial experience in Sales and Human Resources Management. For the last 8 years, she has worked for ING Nationale-Nederlanden S.A., where one of her projects was an implementation of a comprehensive personnel strategy for companies undergoing mergers. She is responsible for the post-merger integration of the following areas: job grading and payroll systems, appraisal systems, management by objectives, recruitment and selection policies, employee development planning, as well as organizational culture reingeenreing.
In 2007, she took up her career as Managerial Coach, running one-on-one development programs and worked as an HR Project Consultant.

She graduated from,the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, Foreign Trade Department in Łódź and completed a post-graduate studies program in Social Studies in Management and Organizational Development at the College of Social Studies in Warsaw.. She took up her career as Executive in the Marketing Department of Gaspol SA. Then, for over 8 years (until 2005) she worked for Masterfoods Polska holding various positions in the Commercial Department and later Personnel Department. Over the last few years, Monika has maintained her role of Recruitment and Development HR Manager, in charge of e.g. developing and implementing recruitment strategies for Poland, providing recruitment processes and tools to support effective internal talent management, as well as developing and running recruitment processes for specialist and managerial positions. For almost a year now, she has been attached to In-House Managers, working as Consultant and specializing in projects involving the development and implementation of competency models, assessment / development centres, employee development, and personnel development strategies for companies.

She graduated in 1990 from the Jagiellonian University (UJ), Faculty of Psychology. Her job experience started with academic work at the Jagiellonian University. Then she was an Assistant Lecturer at AGH (Academy of Mining and Metallurgy) and the Public Health College of UJ in Cracow for a number of years. At the same time, she was conducting training for different professional groups in Creativity, Negotiating Skills, Communications, and Management. In 1997, she joined RR Donnelley Polska and was responsible for the development and launch of a comprehensive training program for the production line workers. As she relocated, she ventured into the insurance industry, joining Nationale – Nederlanden, part of the ING Group. There, she was intitially involved in providing training for the salesforce, and afterwards in establishing the Recruitment and Development Department. While serving in that capacity, she built and implemented the company’s job grading, recruitment, selection and appraisal systems as well as a Management by Objectives program. In 2000, she was involved in developing and leading the Executive Development Program and Succession Plan for the ING Group in Poland. Since 2004, she has been working as a consultant specializing in competence evaluation, coaching, and supporting company management boards as far as employee potential and development areas. She has conducted assessment / development centre sessions for executives and managers at ING Nationale - Nederlanden, ING Group, RR Donnelley, HDS, Nowy Styl, Hiestand; and as External Consultant: for clients of SHL Polska (Provident, Credit Swiss, 3M, American Express.)
